  • Key responsibilities
  • Lead the Pre-Sales function strategically, with a focus on mid- and long-term results.
  • Define, prioritize, and roll out opportunity generation strategies across local and international markets.
  • Manage and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring quality, conversion, and predictability.
  • Track key performance indicators (OKRs and KRs), identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the commercial team, driving performance and professional growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging, processes, and priorities.
  • Actively participate in international expansion initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Ensure the continuous evolution of the commercial playbook, incorporating best practices and global benchmarks.
  • Requirements
  • Fluent English (mandatory). Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience working in international markets.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, with at least 2 years in leadership positions.
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and developing new business.
  • Strong consultative sales profile.
  • Previous experience in technology companies is a plus.
