- Key responsibilities
- Lead the Pre-Sales function strategically, with a focus on mid- and long-term results.
- Define, prioritize, and roll out opportunity generation strategies across local and international markets.
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring quality, conversion, and predictability.
- Track key performance indicators (OKRs and KRs), identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the commercial team, driving performance and professional growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging, processes, and priorities.
- Actively participate in international expansion initiatives and strategic projects.
- Ensure the continuous evolution of the commercial playbook, incorporating best practices and global benchmarks.
- Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory). Spanish is a plus.
- Experience working in international markets.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, with at least 2 years in leadership positions.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and developing new business.
- Strong consultative sales profile.
- Previous experience in technology companies is a plus.
