GoHighLevel & AI Systems Lead Full-Time Remote | Long-Term Growth Role (High Autonomy) We’re looking for a high-level GoHighLevel + AI Systems Lead — someone who can build, optimize, and maintain the operational ecosystem powering a portfolio of premium brands: Amplified Impact®, Signature Offer®, and Signature Empire™. This is a right-hand systems role for a founder in rapid expansion. You’ll take ownership of tech, automation, visibility systems, AI workflows, and client support experience — helping scale programs reaching thousands of transformational coaches. This is a strategic operator role for someone who can think, build, refine, and lead. Core Responsibilities GoHighLevel Leadership Own multi-workspace GHL environments across brands Build funnels, dashboards, pipelines, tagging systems, and automations Maintain a clean, scalable backend optimized for speed + data accuracy AI-Enhanced Systems & Integrations Build and maintain automations using OpenAI, Zapier/Make, Notion AI, ElevenLabs, etc. Create smart workflows for CRM, email, onboarding, and delivery Help build AI training modules and structured SOPs for internal + client use Automation Architecture Build client onboarding flows, dashboards, and revenue-tracking systems Implement lead flow, DM automations, sales alerts, and reporting loops Translate high-level strategy into simple, repeatable systems Training & Documentation Record Loom trainings for clients on GHL, funnels, dashboards, or automations Build client-facing resource libraries (video tutorials, help docs, starter templates) Maintain organized SOPs in Notion or Airtable Client Support & Student Success Host 3 weekly Student Success Calls (Zoom) Provide simple Slack support for Signature Empire™ clients Track client progress and proactively identify where support is needed Event Support (2x/year — Paid Travel) Attend live intensives or events Manage onsite tech, systems, dashboards, and data capture Travel and accommodations fully covered Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years GHL or comparable CRM automation experience Demonstrated ability to build complex funnels and workflows Strong experience with AI tools (OpenAI, Make/Zapier, Notion AI, ElevenLabs, etc.) Excellent systems thinking + problem-solving Clear documentation + communication skills Confident leading small Zoom sessions Professional on-camera presence Nice to Have GoHighLevel certification Experience with coaching or online education brands SEO/content repurposing familiarity Team leadership experience Personality & Working Style Proactive, self-directed, organized Loves clarity, systems, and clean builds Fast learner, highly resourceful Calm, competent presence with clients Thrives in partnership with a high-vision founder Communicates clearly without needing micromanagement Role Details: Type: Long-term contract → potential full-time hire Hours: 15–40 per week Location: Worldwide (must overlap 4+ hrs with EST) Compensation: Competitive (based on capability) Screening Questions Please answer each briefly: What is the most complex GoHighLevel automation or pipeline you’ve built? Are you comfortable leading 2–3 live Student Success calls per week? Are you open to paid travel 1–2 times per year? Describe your ideal working relationship with a visionary founder. Paid Trial (Required Before Hire) Selected candidates will complete a 7-day paid trial ($350–$400 flat) including: Rebuilding a simple GHL funnel from screenshots Creating a 5-minute Loom walkthrough Building a basic AI automation Hosting a 10-minute mock Student Success call Creating one SOP Suggesting one automation improvement Successful completion → immediate long-term 30–40 hr/week contract.
