ABOUT THE PROJECT I’m building SmartBody, a learning-based health and movement brand for adults 50+. I’m currently in the early launch stage and setting up my core email subscription experience inside GoHighLevel (GHL). I already have a Figma designer creating final email layouts, and I’m looking for a reliable GHL implementer to build those designs inside the native GHL email builder. This is an implementation-only role. No strategy, no design, no copywriting, no custom HTML. If the fit is good, this can lead to ongoing work as we expand the email series and newsletter structure. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will take completed Figma designs + completed content and build them inside GHL using clean, consistent native blocks. The goal is to create emails that: Look clean Match spacing and styling from Figma Are easy for a secondary team to update later YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Building single-column emails (600–620px width) Matching typography, spacing, and layout from the Figma file Using consistent spacer blocks (not random padding) Applying correct desktop + mobile formatting Centering buttons, formatting text cleanly, and placing images correctly Ensuring mobile responsiveness looks clean Creating a small set of email templates/structures that can be reused by my broader team WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR Experience implementing emails inside GoHighLevel (GHL) Strong attention to detail Comfort translating a design file into clean blocks Clear written communication Organized, steady, reliable Ability to follow a brand guide and spacing rules Ability to create templates that a secondary team can work from A focus on clean execution, not strategy or redesign If you have examples of emails you’ve built inside GHL, please include screenshots or links. SCOPE This initial project includes: Implementing 1–2 email templates inside GHL Ensuring the structure is clean, consistent, and reusable If the relationship is a good fit, I will have ongoing email implementation work.
