  • What You’ll Do
  • Perform quality control checks for publication materials and documentation governance
  • Execute structured data validation, onboarding checks, and data quality reviews
  • Support controls and assurance activities, including evidence gathering and compliance testing
  • Conduct rule-based privacy and compliance reviews with defined escalation paths
  • Maintain SOPs, checklists, and governance artifacts across tracked workflows
  • Document findings, escalate exceptions to Tier-3 subject matter experts, and support process enhancements
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, compliance, communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of direct experience in privacy, compliance, governance, data quality control, or publication operations
  • Demonstrated ability to perform structured reviews using defined criteria or rule sets
  • Strong documentation discipline and experience working in regulated or high-accuracy environments
  • Adaptability to support multiple governance specialization tracks based on workload needs
  • High proficiency in English with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with onshore leads and internal stakeholders
  • Ability and availability to work onsite five days a week at one of Exadel’s secure locations
  • Nice to Have
  • Relevant certifications such as IAPP (AIGP, CIPT, CIPM), DAMA CDMP, or equivalent
