- This role offers the opportunity to craft compelling visual communications across multiple platforms for B2B clients, helping shape how organizations present themselves to the world. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design websites, marketing collateral, presentations, and event assets that reflect brand identity and elevate engagement. The position emphasizes creativity, precision, and scalability, allowing you to apply your expertise in both digital and print media. You’ll have the autonomy to innovate while ensuring consistency and quality across diverse projects. Collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail are key as you bring ideas to life in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Accountabilities
- Design and produce a variety of assets, including websites (Webflow), landing pages (Mailchimp, Hubspot), brochures, white papers, one-pagers, case studies, event materials, social graphics, and presentation decks.
- Ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and consistency across all client and internal deliverables.
- Develop and maintain templates for presentations, reports, and collateral to streamline workflows and elevate design standards.
- Adapt to multiple client brand guidelines while also creating materials for internal reports, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and package files for digital and print production, ensuring correct specifications and optimized exports.
- Collaborate with writers, strategists, and account leads to translate concepts into visually engaging designs.
- Perform light photo editing and illustration tasks, including retouching, color correction, and vector graphics.
- (Optional) Contribute to basic video editing and motion graphics for presentations, events, and digital campaigns.
- 3–7 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B context, agency, or in-house setting.
- Strong, multi-platform portfolio showcasing web, print, and presentation work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and advanced skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Experience preparing files for both digital and print production with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work with diverse brand guidelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and design systems; capability to create scalable templates.
- Strong organizational, file management, and version control skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for presenting and refining design concepts.
- (Preferred) Experience in basic video editing or motion graphics.
