We’re seeking a Conversion-Focused Graphic Designer who creates visuals that drive results — not just look good. This role blends creativity with marketing strategy to design high-performing ad creatives, packaging, and brand visuals that convert viewers into customers. You’ll work across digital and print channels — from Meta and TikTok ads to product packaging, email graphics, and trade show materials — ensuring consistent, performance-driven design across every touchpoint. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience, a strong portfolio featuring e-commerce ads and packaging, and the ability to move fast in a growth-driven environment. Bonus points if you have experience with DTC brands, motion graphics, or product photography. Commitment: Part-time with potential to grow into a full-time role. Location: Remote.
