I’m looking for a graphic designer with experience in artistic and editorial design to create a decorative printed piece that will hold a 10 × 15 cm photograph. The final size of each piece will be 17 × 14.5 cm. ⸻ 1. Frame Design • The design must include at the top the “Corina Kavanagh” logo, which the designer will create. • It doesn’t require full brand development, but it must look professional, elegant, and well-balanced. • The frame should evoke a refined Art Déco style, with gold and black lines flowing in a serpentine motion, surrounding the entire piece harmoniously. • No solid background color: the design consists only of the decorative lines and the empty area where the photograph will be placed. • Internal margins within the frame: • 3 cm at the top (for the logo) • 1.5 cm at the bottom (for the website name) • 1 cm on each side ⸻ 2. Print Preparation • The final layout must be placed on a Super A3 sheet (32 × 47 cm). • It should contain five pieces (17 × 14.5 cm each) per sheet. • Include an outer bleed of 2 mm and an inner safety margin (filete) of 2 mm to avoid cutting through text or borders. • The gold and black lines should be able to flow continuously from one piece to the next, allowing for straight guillotine cuts with no white edges. • The file must be delivered print-ready, with crop marks visible. ⸻ 3. Partial Map Versions (complementary task) In addition to the frame, the designer will receive a pre-drawn map and must perform a very simple digital edit: • Deliver two additional files, each showing the same map with specific sections erased, following my precise instructions. • The goal is to create two partial stages of the drawing, as if the map had been made in three steps. • No redrawing is required — just erasing or masking the indicated parts accurately. ⸻ Technical Requirements • Full command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. • Final delivery in PDF or TIFF (300 dpi) plus the editable versions (.PSD and .AI). • Proven experience in artistic, ornamental, or editorial design.
