• In this role, you will contribute to the creation of visually compelling designs that enhance brand identity and engage audiences across digital and print channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and UX, to develop creative solutions that align with strategic goals. Accountabilities

• Design high-quality visuals for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create graphic assets for both digital and print formats, including banners, presentations, brochures, and infographics.
• Contribute to motion or interactive design projects to enhance user engagement.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across multiple devices and platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and timely delivery.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in digital marketing or technology-focused environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative range, visual storytelling, and design execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their influence on user experience.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
• Expertise in typography, layout, and color theory.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, creative mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for international collaboration and presentations.
