We’re hiring a trend-aware Graphic Designer + Video Editor to create high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives for women’s skincare / skin clinic campaigns. Most of our ads carry the written messaging in the ad copy, so we need clean, modern, mobile-first visuals — not overcrowded graphics with too much text. This is ongoing casual work (not full-time). Great fit if you’re freelancing or working other roles, but can commit to deadlines once you accept a task. What you’ll create Meta ad creatives: static + motion Short-form video edits (UGC-style cutdowns, hooks, variations, simple motion graphics) Multiple variations for testing (formats, angles, hooks, offers) Premium, tasteful creative that speaks to real skin concerns (ageing, pigmentation, sensitivity, acne, dryness) Requirements (must-have) 5+ years experience in design + video editing (paid ads experience strongly preferred) Portfolio showing work for skincare / beauty / women’s products / clinics / salons Strong grasp of current ad creative trends (clean layouts, modern typography, high-contrast hooks, mobile-first) Fluent English Upwork Job Success Score 94%+ Excellent communication and reliability Availability / Timezone We work primarily in GMT+8 and can be flexible a few hours either side You must have reasonable overlap within GMT+3 to GMT+8 Tools & workflow Communication: Slack Project management: Asana You must communicate availability clearly and confirm timelines before starting Once a project is started, it must be completed on time (not paused while you work on other jobs) Rate USD $7–$10/hour, depending on experience, portfolio quality, and professionalism of your application.
