We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Canva AI-based animation tools Basic web design (CSS & HTML) with the ability to adjust designs within WordPress About Us: Our company works across multiple projects and brands, requiring a wide range of design adaptations and creative execution: TheRumLab – International rum events requiring marketing assets, posters, and event collateral. TheRumLab News – Daily news content for Instagram and a weekly industry newsletter. KindPerson – Social media posting with engaging visual storytelling. RamSan – Product listings, branding, and creative assets for Amazon storefronts. Caribbean Crave – Our private label brand of food and sauces in Puerto Rico, needing packaging design, brand identity, and promotional graphics. Responsibilities: Create and adapt visual assets for events, newsletters, social media, and e-commerce platforms. Design packaging, ads, and promotional materials. Assist in light website design tasks (WordPress, CSS/HTML tweaks). Deliver creative animations using AI animation tools. Work collaboratively to ensure consistent brand identity across multiple projects. Requirements: Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio. Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Familiarity with AI animation tools. Knowledge of CSS & HTML for minor design adjustments in WordPress. Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with email newsletter design (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar). Experience with Amazon product page design. Knowledge of food/beverage or event industries. Engagement: Ongoing, part-time freelance work with the potential for long-term collaboration. Flexible workload depending on active projects.
