- Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage the sales funnel prior to customer acquisition
- Conduct market analysis to identify key segments and trends
- Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools
- Qualify and nurture leads through personalized communication and relevant content
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead-to-customer conversion
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize paid digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Postgraduate/Specialization in Digital Marketing or Business (preferred)
- 5–6 years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, and campaign management
- Strategic mindset, results-driven, proactive, and dynamic
- Advanced English | Intermediate Spanish
