  • Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage the sales funnel prior to customer acquisition
  • Conduct market analysis to identify key segments and trends
  • Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Qualify and nurture leads through personalized communication and relevant content
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead-to-customer conversion
  • Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize paid digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Postgraduate/Specialization in Digital Marketing or Business (preferred)
  • 5–6 years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, and campaign management
  • Strategic mindset, results-driven, proactive, and dynamic
  • Advanced English | Intermediate Spanish
