Role Overview

  • We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Media Buyer to support our e-commerce performance marketing efforts. Responsibilities will include working with Media Buyers, Creative team members, and the Product team members to assist with creating and publishing ad campaigns, monitoring performance and analytics, creating reports, giving feedback on creative strategy, participating in meetings, and identifying opportunities for improvement and scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize customer acquisition efforts across Native ads platforms to maximize revenue and reach growth targets.
  • Manage high-scale budgets and large-scale paid customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Analyze large sets of data to drive business insights and action items.
  • Initiate and implement improvements and creative solutions to increase campaign activity, including ad copy & landing page optimization, bidding strategies, and targeting.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly media plan across all campaigns.
  • Proactively optimize purchased media through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and targeting.
  • Leverage analytics tools to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • 4+ years of experience with performance marketing campaigns on Native ad platforms Taboola/Outbrain/Revcontent, etc.
  • Experience with an e-commerce/online retail company or other B2C related performance marketing activities
  • Excellent analytical skills, experience working with large sets of data and numbers.
  • Expertise in Google Web and conversion tracking setup, and understanding how attribution impacts campaign performance
  • Experience managing large budgets of at least $200,000/month.
  • Creative mind with the ability to understand and guide the design team on creative trends and data, as well as experience writing and ideating landing pages
  • A self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities and close attention to detail.
