- Location & Remote Work for technology and remote-first roles
- Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.
- Location & Hybrid Work Model for hybrid positions
- Our People team follows a “hybrid” model, requiring in-person attendance at our office located in São Paulo, one week in the quarter or specific events.

- About the Role
- - Provide support to global employees and stakeholders, answering questions about benefits and mobility processes.
- - Actively support international transfer processes (supporting immigration and tax vendors, and the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams).
- - Assist in controlling contracts, invoices, and the relationship with the area's vendors.
- - Support the documentation and mapping of Benefits and Global Mobility workflows
- Requirements
- - Studying Business Administration, International Relations, or related courses (graduation date between 12/2026 and 12/2027);
- - Advanced English (sufficient for interactions on calls and emails with foreign stakeholders);
- - Sense of urgency and organization;
- - Good oral and written communication.
- - Advanced English, as in a daily basis we need to talk to international stakeholders and vendors
