We market mainly through Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com Job Summary: We are looking for experienced, strong customer service oriented individual with excellent written, verbal and strong computer skills. Guest Services Team Members should possess strong communication skills and be passionate about hospitality industry Guest Services Team Members will be the first point of contact for the company What We Are Looking For In You Hotel / Corporate Housing / Hospitality Experience is: - A Proven Understanding of How To Deliver Exceptional Guest Service - You are a people’s person, love to talk to different people from different backgrounds - A Go Getter Spirit Must be able to type 60 wpm. - Must have excellent phone etiquette (this will be observed prior to hire) - Must be proficient with Microsoft office tool, - Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. - Work from Home ( a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace is required ) - 2+ years experience in working with vacation rental or hotel - 2+ years experience in working with reservation management system This is a permanent job based on 1 to 3 months performance review. Job Responsibilities: 1. Respond to guest emails, sms text and chat messaging 2. Process online reservations, payments, answer billing questions and follow up on outstanding balance 3. Receive all incoming telephone calls from guests and agents 4. Perform web research and admin tasks as requested from President of Company 5. Reach out to customers to ensure they are received instructions and follow ups 6. Brainstorm ideas and make suggestions to on how to improve existing operation and feedbacks from customers 7. Monitor incoming email and immediately respond to customer inquiries by email or by phone. 8. Create standard operating procedures What we are looking for is an individual who have the following qualifications: * customer-service oriented * Excellent grasp of English language (written and speaking) * can easily understand and follow complicated guidelines and instructions * have good analytic and judgment skills * attention to details * strong interpersonal, time management, and problem solving skills * internet research and navigation skills * availability of at least 30 hours per week * has a very fast and reliable internet connection 20MBPS – Prepaid dongles are unreliable and not recommended for this job. * willing to work for different shifts and schedules * positive, happy person * honest (very important) THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED - Tech savvy, and comfortable with technology, software programs - Strong understanding of PMS systems - Basic accounting skills and understanding - Experience with accounting software a plus - Experience with Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com a plus - Experience with intercom, trello, jira is a plus - Previous sales experience is a necessity.
