- About the Client
- Our client is a U.S.-based fast-growing e-commerce consultancy that helps brands dominate on Amazon and Walmart through data-driven strategy, disciplined execution, and transparent communication. Operating more like a consultancy than an agency, focused on delivering measurable growth, not vanity metrics.
- About the Role
- The Head of Growth will own the full marketing strategy and execution, building systems and processes from the ground up. This role requires someone who can define priorities, create both outbound and inbound engines, shape messaging, and lead initiatives across content, paid media, email, partnerships, and operations.
- You don’t need to be a specialist in every channel, but you must be strong in strategy, direction, and ensuring execution. The role works closely with the CEO, with visibility into core business goals, and has the flexibility to hire freelancers, contractors, or adopt new tools as needed to hit targets.
- 5+ years in marketing roles, ideally in startups or small high growth companies where you’ve owned projects end-to-end.
- Experience leading the development of growth initiatives, managing a function, or owning a funnel.
- Ability to set direction with limited input and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, recommending solutions, and owning the results.
- Strong written communication skills, capable of creating clear, compelling messaging for outbound, web, and content.
- Ability to articulate our value proposition in a way that drives action.
- Hands-on experience running campaigns, launching content, managing channels, and optimizing performance.
- Strong testing mindset: you validate ideas before scaling them.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and prioritizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms (Zappier, Make, n8n, etc.) to draft, refine, and scale high-quality messaging across outbound, web, and content channels.
- Proficient in HubSpot, Notion, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.
- Able to make informed decisions with incomplete information and iterate as necessary.
- Clear, direct communication style—both written and verbal.
- Compensation: $3,100 per month (USD), negotiable based on advance experience and qualifications.
- Enjoy 15 paid working days (3 weeks) of vacation, providing a healthy work-life balance.
- This is a full-time role with 8-hour shifts, totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
- Candidates must be able to work standard USA business hours, Monday through Friday.
