With an eight-figure monthly revenue and a loyal customer base across the US, we’re expanding our retail presence and looking for a commercial leader to drive our offline sales strategy across supermarket, convenience, and specialty channels.
  • We are seeking an experienced FMCG or Beverage professional who has managed offline retail channels in supermarkets, department stores, or convenience chains. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in sales strategy, trade marketing, and retail negotiations within top-tier consumer brands (e.g., Unilever, P&G, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, or similar).
  • You will develop, execute, and scale Instant Hydration’s offline retail sales and distribution strategy — ensuring visibility, optimized margins, and strategic partnerships with retailers.
  • Responsabilities
  • Lead the offline retail expansion strategy across key FMCG channels (supermarkets, convenience stores, department stores).
  • Build and manage relationships with retail buyers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Negotiate terms including pricing, promotions, margins, and trade marketing investments.
  • Identify and launch new SKUs or exclusive store formats to drive visibility and category growth.
  • Ensure optimal product placement, rack visibility, and marketing activation inside stores.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align go-to-market and merchandising strategies.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to optimize product mix and promotional ROI.
  • Manage distributor performance and monitor in-store execution standards.
  • 7+ years of experience in FMCG / Beverage sales, with a focus on offline retail (supermarkets, C-stores, department stores, etc.)
  • Proven record negotiating with major retailers (Carrefour, Walmart, 7Eleven, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing, channel strategy, and joint business planning (JBP).
  • Experience managing distributors and retail partnerships at a regional or national level.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus).
  • Experience in the US or LATAM market preferred.
