We are looking for a Head of Risk (part-time) to strengthen our team and help us bring structure, clarity, and measurable processes to our risk management approach. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we assess and monitor risks across our business while enjoying flexibility in working hours. * About Nash: Modern, Self-Custody, Decentralized Crypto Platform and Investment App. Nash is a high-growth FinTech startup that enables users to invest in, hold, and trade with digital currencies. All activity is powered directly through the Nash IBAN account, with funds accessible via a debit card linked to the same account. Nash pioneered the compliant pathway to crypto investing as one of Europe's first registered platforms for fiat transfers between traditional banks and crypto. Our products form an integrated financial services platform that is decentralized and non-custodial, including a Wallet, the Nash fiat on/off ramp, a Nash IBAN account, a debit card and a technical integration into decentralized exchanges. * About the Role: While we already have a regulatory risk framework in place, what we are missing is the practical implementation and measurement side.
