  • As the Head of VIP, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the VIP program, ensuring the retention, growth, and satisfaction of high-value players. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and optimize exclusive initiatives, delivering a top-tier VIP experience.
  • Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize relationships with high-value players, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the VIP Account Managers team, ensuring loyalty and engagement objectives are met.
  • Define and execute CRM strategies focused on personalization and enhancing the VIP player experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop exclusive promotions and events.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the VIP program, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all interactions with VIP clients.
  • Represent the company at key events to strengthen relationships with VIP players and strategic partners.
  • Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing VIP programs within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, customer retention, and high-value client development.
  • Ability to analyze data and design strategies based on player behavior insights.
  • Experience in team leadership and project management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced English.
