- About the Role
- We are looking for 2–3 top-tier High-Ticket B2B Sales Agents to join a fast-growing international company selling premium, high-value solutions. This is not a typical sales role—our clients invest around €500,000 per deal, and we need elite closers who can engage sophisticated buyers, build long-term trust, and nurture cold leads into committed clients.
- You will work with leads generated through marketing and website inquiries, managing your own pipeline entirely through Pipedrive CRM. Success in this role requires discipline, persistence, strong follow-up routines, and the ability to handle complex conversations with high-net-worth clients.

- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert cold inbound leads, nurturing them through a sales cycle of 3 to 6 months
- Conduct consultations, identify client needs, and present value propositions for high-ticket solutions
- Maintain rigorous follow-up sequences to warm up prospects and keep them engaged
- Handle negotiations with decision-makers accustomed to large-scale investments
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, client handling, and sales methodology
- Use Pipedrive to manage pipelines, update deal stages, and track performance
- Bring new ideas, fresh approaches, and innovative methods to enhance the current sales structure
- Requirements
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience closing large B2B deals (ideally $100k+; €500k+ is a strong advantage)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak confidently with high-profile clients
- Strong follow-up discipline — persistent, organized, reliable
- Ability to handle long sales cycles with patience, strategy, and consistency
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in international or remote sales teams is an advantage
