Hello, I need someone who can help me configure my HIKVISION system in the HIK-Connect app. Hikvision recently updated the app, and I don’t have time to reconfigure my setup. I have an NVR and two facial recognition devices from Hikvision. I need to: • Configure the NVR • Set up recording areas • Configure the call button within the app • Set permissions for each user level • Enable user access rights to view the cameras • Allow admin permissions to add or remove users I currently have one admin user, three mid-level users, and three basic users, and I’d like to assign appropriate access for each.
