We aim to break the status quo around mediocre agencies by creating a tangible impact in our clients’ businesses whilst having fun as a team along the way. — About You 😄 You have 1–3+ years of experience editing or managing content in B2B SaaS or a similar industry. You have a keen eye for detail and know how to make content sound clear, structured, and human. You enjoy polishing AI-generated drafts to elevate them into ready-to-publish pieces. You understand B2B SaaS products, ICPs, and buyer pain points. You’re comfortable giving feedback to writers or AI tools to improve future outputs. You collaborate naturally with SEO strategists, clients, and the Ops agency. You are fluent in English, organized, and proactive in a remote work environment. You have experience using tools like Notion, Airtable, and Slack. You’re always looking to learn new tools, systems, and workflows that improve efficiency. — Responsibilities 🧑‍💻 Edit and refine AI-generated SaaS articles for clarity, tone, and accuracy. Add expert quotes, examples, and data studies to strengthen arguments. Review visuals, screenshots, and content formatting for alignment and user experience. Ensure SEO best practices, internal linking, and readability across all pieces. Collaborate with the SEO team on structure, briefs, and optimization. Collaborate with the Ops agency to improve the AI editing workflow. Communicate with clients to ensure tone, intent, and structure align with brand voice. Maintain and refine SOPs and editorial systems for consistent quality. Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers and AI agents.
