About You 😄 You have 2–5+ years of experience in SEO, video marketing, or content strategy within the SaaS industry (ideally in client-facing roles) You’ve worked on YouTube-first strategies that go beyond views; focused on discoverability, engagement, and conversion You are a “T-shaped marketer” with deep expertise in YouTube SEO, and a strong understanding of how video fits into SaaS marketing funnels You are committed to delivering exceptional results to our portfolio of SaaS clients by driving incremental revenue gains through long-term video visibility You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are confident in presenting the YouTube strategy and results to clients You’re very process-driven and excellent at project management You understand how to explain the business impact of YouTube SEO, including discoverability, click-through rates, and contribution to brand + demand You are driven and self-directed in a remote work environment You are passionate about staying sharp in the world of YouTube search, video performance analytics, and channel optimisation best practices You are a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and your team You have a deep understanding of how to structure a YouTube content strategy, optimise metadata, interpret performance data, and collaborate with creative teams Responsibilities 🧑‍💻 Own YouTube strategy for 6–8 SaaS clients each month, focusing on acquisition, retention, and long-term discoverability Develop and execute YouTube SEO strategies that drive commercial outcomes such as watch time, CTR, leads, demos, and MRR Create high-quality YouTube scripts based on audience research, keyword insights, and buyer journey alignment Project manage YouTube production workflows with clients, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and expectations Provide thumbnail direction to designers with clear hooks, framing guidance, and competitive references Guide video editors on pacing, structure, storytelling, and editing style that match channel goals Optimise titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, playlists, and channel structure based on performance data Plan high-intent video topics by collaborating with clients and internal content teams Monitor algorithm shifts, competitor performance, and B2B video trends to adjust strategy proactively Produce and present QBRs that tie YouTube performance to meaningful business impact Help shape and refine Scalerrs’ own YouTube strategy, frameworks, and internal playbooks Support internal process building by contributing to systems, repeatable SOPs, and workflow improvements Ownership 💪 3-5 weekly Zoom calls Daily communication via Slack Weekly 1:1 with team lead Daily project management (Mainly in Notion/Airtable) What We Offer 🤝 100% remote position (We adapt your work life to your personal life, not the other way around) Flexible hours (Organise your day depending on how you prefer) 27 Days of paid annual leave Online team building A strong culture of innovation & learning A supportive team An opportunity for growth (We're growing currently and happy to evolve the right person into the right role if they are up for it) --------- Who thrives here at Scalerrs? 🤝 Our success is driven by the talented individuals who make up our team.
