You are applying for the position of HR Analyst II – Development Processes. What we expect from you: Support the implementation and governance of learning and development programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and local requirements. Act as a connection point between CPS Manaus and the global department, contributing to the implementation of people development practices, policies, and projects. What you need to have: REQUIRED Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Knowledge of training and development processes, preferably in an industrial/multinational environment. Fluent English (able to conduct meetings, draft and review corporate documents) and intermediate Spanish (able to make yourself understood and understand others). Knowledge of AI and remote collaboration platforms/tools such as Teams, SharePoint, etc. Additional knowledge: Basic labor legislation, T&D methodologies, competency-based management, clear communication adaptable to different cultures.
