  • WHAT YOU’LL DO​​
  • As a HR Business Partner, you align and implement people strategies with specific business units. You act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, and you implement people processes, initiatives and solutions by supporting the people agenda for one or more business functions.
  • Strategically partner with business leaders and align HR practices with organizational goals Provide effective HR strategies and solutions based on the business leaders needs.
  • Forster and promote a high performing, growth-oriented organizational culture and strong values that aligns with strategic objectives
  • Play a key role in change initiatives, helping employees adapt to organizational changes through effective communication and support.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to make informed decisions, measure program effectiveness, and carry out data-driven HR practices.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, address conflicts, and maintain a positive and compliant work environment. This could include to manage labour relations.
  • Execute or support the employee life-cycle processes as per indication of group agreed processes.
  • Support employees or managers when applicable while implementing people processes, initiatives or.

  • WHO YOU ARE​​
  • We are looking for people with…​​
  • Hold a university degree or equivalent knowledge in Human Resources or equivalent in related fields.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role
  • Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
  • Experience in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in aligning HR practices with organizational goals and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in managing talent development, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Hands-on experience in change management, particularly in guiding employees through organizational changes.
  • Track record of utilizing HR metrics and data analytics for decision making.
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations matters, including labor relations.
