- Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and co-develop action plans to improve retention and productivity. Collaborate with leaders and HR COEs to implement tools and strategies that support an inclusive growth culture. Advise managers on goal setting, feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans. Support the full performance management lifecycle. Support workforce actions including ramp-ups, restructures, and role eliminations. Facilitate talent reviews and development planning. Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices. Coach leaders through employee relations matters and collaborate with the ER COE on investigations and resolution strategies. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese 5 years of experience in the Human Resources, Talent Management function, or other relevant experience Proven outcomes in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related functions. Ability to lead cross-functional projects and solve complex organizational challenges. Skilled in data-driven HR practices and project execution, paired with strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Demonstrated success in coaching and influencing leadership. Working knowledge of organizational design, compensation, employee engagement, change management, and performance management. Experience in managing moderate risk and complexity across business units and geographies. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is strongly preferred.
