HR Coordinator, Business Partner

📍 Based in São Paulo, SP

Recurrent Energy is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support our teams across the LATAM region. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and delivering a great employee experience.

🔹 Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading onboarding and offboarding processes
• Supporting employee relations and resolving day-to-day issues
• Assisting with performance management and improvement plans
• Organizing and facilitating training sessions
• Managing HR documentation (contracts, transfers, terminations)
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Supporting payroll and benefits administration
• Leading the annual benefits enrollment
• Participating in HR projects and process improvements
• Acting as the go-to person for HR-related matters in the region

🔹 What we’re looking for:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in HR (Generalist/Specialist)

✔️ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

✔️ Advanced English

✔️ Workday experience is a plus

✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
