PROJECT I need to find some professional HR to assist me in recruiting personnel with sales experience, experience in making phone appointments, and experience in approaching new customers through local recruitment websites or channels. Position Overview: seeking some detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support our expanding team. This remote role will assist in day-to-day HR functions, support internal team needs, and ensure efficient and compliant HR operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a collaborative virtual environment and is passionate about employee experience, compliance, and team support. Key Responsibilities: • Work with the HR Admin to ensure the responsibilities are completed. • Assist with recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates, and interviews. Required Qualifications: • 2–3 years of HR Generalist or similar human resources experience. • Strong understanding of general HR processes and practices. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Docs and Google workspace • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines. • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
