We're looking for a strong HubSpot engineer who can handle: -Lead scoring models and routing automation -Marketing workflows and lead nurturing campaigns -Sales automation and email sequences -Custom dashboards and reporting -Data hygiene and system cleanup -API integrations with our tech stack (nice to have) -Ideal vs. Minimum Requirements Our ideal candidate is a strategic HubSpot owner who proactively identifies opportunities, thinks holistically across departments, and can translate business objectives into technical solutions. At a minimum, you must: 2-3+ years hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing + Sales Hub) Self-directed and resourceful (can use HubSpot Academy/documentation) Reliable communication and deadline management B2B experience preferred
