Your future starts here Als ICT Support Engineer übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer IT Security Systeme. Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im 2nd-Level-Support, dabei stellst du die Einhaltung der Service Level Agreements (SLAs) sicher. • Überwachung und Kontrolle der verschiedenen Video Management Systeme (Milestone, Cloud etc.) • Support & Eskalation: Unterstützung bei komplexen Inbetriebnahmen, Fehleranalysen und Eskalationsfällen • Dokumentation von Betriebsprozessen sowie der durchgeführten Troubleshooting Schritte • Durchführung von Updates, Sicherheitspatches und Wartungen zur Gewährleistung der Systeme • Eigenständige Durchführung kleinerer Projekte oder Mitarbeit im Projektgeschäft, sofern freie Kapazitäten vom Betrieb vorhanden sind • Gelegentliche Übernahme von Pikettdiensten Deine Skills • Abschluss HF/FH in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung von Vorteil • Idealerweise handwerklicher Hintergrund (z. B. Elektroinstallateur*in, Telematiker*in, Automatiker*in EFZ) • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Servertechnologien, Virtualisierung und Protokollen (z. B. TCP/IP, MQTT) • Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken mit Hands-on-Mentalität • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zuverlässigkeit • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit • Deutsch als Muttersprache, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, in einem unserer Offices in der Schweiz oder im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
