Implementador Lean - Sorocaba Implementador Lean Sênior com sólida experiência em ambientes industriais para liderar iniciativas de excelência operacional na planta de Sorocaba. Principais Responsabilidades: Liderar projetos Lean com foco em produtividade, qualidade, redução de desperdícios e desenvolvimento de pessoas. Implementar e sustentar ferramentas Lean como Standard Work, VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Daily Management, Kanban, entre outras. Conduzir treinamentos e workshops para capacitação em metodologias Lean. Facilitar eventos Kaizen e iniciativas de melhoria contínua. Realizar diagnósticos operacionais e propor soluções sustentáveis. Monitorar KPIs e garantir entrega de resultados tangíveis. Trabalhar em parceria com líderes locais para promover a cultura Lean. Reportar progresso e resultados para a liderança local e regional. Requisitos: Formação superior em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou certificações em Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma ou Excelência Operacional (desejável). Experiência comprovada em projetos Lean em ambiente industrial. Inglês avançado (mandatório). Perfil analítico, mão na massa e orientado a resultados. Habilidade de comunicação, influência e liderança de equipes multidisciplinares.
