- We are seeking a proactive Implementation Project Manager to guide brands through a seamless setup and launch process for global commerce solutions. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for merchants and logistics partners, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet business objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple implementations simultaneously, and translate complex requirements into actionable plans. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, remote environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position provides the opportunity to work directly with clients, shape onboarding processes, and contribute to the growth of global e-commerce initiatives.
- Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation process from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand and logistics stakeholders to provide guidance and support throughout the process.
- Understand each customer’s goals and challenges to design tailored shipping and integration strategies.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, keeping timelines, deliverables, and tasks organized.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and partner teams to drive a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously improve internal tools, templates, and processes to enhance implementation efficiency.
- Capture and communicate customer feedback to inform product and process improvements.
- 1–2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable handling technical conversations, integrations, and fulfillment workflows.
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
