Join us as Industrial Finance Business Partner to join the Supply Chain Finance team in our Personal Care business unit in Suape JOB PURPOSE This position will support manufacturing operation in Suape by leading initiatives focused on cost savings, process optimization, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for challenging existing practices, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the timely and accurate execution of strategic projects to enhance overall factory performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct performance analysis to understand P&L and key financial KPIs to drive business decisions. Closely work with operational areas to ensure delivery projects OTIF. Drive digital transformation in financial analysis and reporting processes to enhance data analysis and decision-making. Envision and lead process improvement and automation opportunities in Finance and Performance Management. Drive the financial performance of Rosario factory in collaboration with the leadership team and through the Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS). Actively work on Business Partner to support decision-making processes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Experience in corporate finance or a similar role. Intermediate English level + Basic Portuguese preferred. Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to respond under pressure. Clarity of thinking – ability to see the big picture while being interested in diving into details. Ability to lead and promote digital transformation initiatives. Team management and people development. Proficiency in performance analysis and understanding of P&L and key financial KPIs.
