📢 We're Hiring: Technical Support Administrator (Service Desk) – Portuguese Speaker with Professional English & Spanish
Hybrid (São Paulo region) | R$5,500/month + standard benefits
Are you a tech-savvy support professional based in Brazil, fluent in Portuguese and with strong professional communication skills in English and Spanish? Join a leading global organization located in the São Paulo metropolitan area, supporting its Latin America operations. We're looking for a proactive Technical Support Administrator to strengthen the service desk team.
Important: This position is open only to candidates based in Brazil . Fluency in Portuguese is required, along with professional-level proficiency in English and Spanish (these languages will be assessed during the interview process).
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-level support for mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Assist with computer network infrastructure and VPN troubleshooting
- Support and maintain tools such as Windows, Office 365, Outlook, and ServiceNow
- Respond to users via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze and resolve technical issues based on predefined procedures
- Log incidents and user requests accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Brazilian nationality or valid authorization to work in Brazil
- Fluent in Portuguese , with professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Technical diploma or degree in technology or IT-related field
- At least 2 years of experience providing user support
- Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow, VPNs, and Microsoft tools (Windows, Office 365, Outlook)
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals
Additional Info:
- Hybrid work model: 3 days/week in the office
- Work hours: Start between 8:30 and 10:00 AM, totaling 7.5 hours per day
