Principais Responsabilidades: Gerenciar pedidos de ponta a ponta: colocação, acompanhamento, liberação de retenções e fornecimento de informações de rastreamento. Desenvolver proativamente contas existentes e prospectar novos clientes para gerar oportunidades de negócio. Garantir uma experiência excepcional ao cliente, respondendo orçamentos, cotações e pedidos via telefone, e-mail e outros canais. Promover serviços de valor agregado Negociar margem por meio de estratégias de up-selling e cross-selling. Atuar como elo entre clientes, fornecedores e áreas internas. Coletar informações de mercado e fornecer feedback estratégico. Participar de treinamentos, eventos e seminários obrigatórios. Apoiar outras equipes quando necessário e atuar como especialista no assunto. Requisitos: Experiência em vendas internas e gestão de pedidos. Habilidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal. Organização e capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas demandas. Conhecimento em soluções de tecnologia será um diferencial.
