Job Description Responsabilidades: Solicitar abertura e monitorar projetos de retorno de peças trocadas em garantia; Requisitar entrega de peças (pick list) através do sistema PartLink; Preparar e executar reuniões multifuncionais “Workcell” para análise de peças; Abrir documentos (PRTS) para investigação de causa raiz; Manter organização do estoque do WPAC e área de execução de Workcell; Suportar pequenos experimentos para verificar falhas em peças; Criar e atualizar requisições de serviços em veículos; Realizar envio de peças para fornecedores nacionais e internacionais; Realizar coleta de peças em concessionários próximos ao local de trabalho; Reportar resultados de análises Workcell em reuniões de melhoria contínua (CPIP); Realizar logística de veículos quando necessário; Atualização e apresentação do BPD; Realizar testes dinâmicos em veículos, avaliando a adequação do produto conforme critérios técnicos e normativos (GDA); Realizar auditorias de processo e sistema da Qualidade em terceiros; Reportar resultados de análises e acompanhar o processo de solução de problemas; Interagir com áreas internas e externas para garantir a conformidade dos produtos e processos; Requisitos mandatórios: Superior Completo ou em andamento em Engenharias / Técnólogos; CNH categoria B; Pacote Office Intermediário, especialmente Excel; Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em São Caetano do Sul. Disponibilidade para viagens Capacidade de análise crítica e tomada de decisão técnica Requisitos desejáveis: Curso técnico completo em mecânica, elétrica e áreas correlatas; Experiência em indústria automotiva; Conhecimento básico em Mecânica e/ou Elétrica de veículos; Inglês nível intermediário; Conhecimento básico em Power BI; Conhecimento de ISO9000; Experiência com auditorias de processo e sistema da Qualidade; Vivência em testes dinâmicos de veículos.
