And we will be very happy if you come to be part of our story.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsibilities and DutiesThe Integrated Arts, Design & Creative STEM Teacher (Visual & Performing Arts) will work with Elementary and Middle Years students (Years 1 to 9), leading interdisciplinary projects that combine Visual Arts, Performing Arts (Theatre, Music, Dance), Design, Technology and Maker Culture in a bilingual and inquiry-based environment.Main responsibilities:Plan and deliver lessons in English, aligned with the Red House pedagogical framework and the Brazilian National Curriculum (BNCC).Design interdisciplinary projects that integrate art, science, design and technology, fostering creativity, authorship and critical thinking.Promote hands-on and performance-based experiences across different artistic languages and expressive forms.Apply active learning methodologies such as design thinking, project-based learning and maker education.Continuously assess student learning through evidence, portfolios and exhibitions.Collaborate closely with classroom and specialist teachers to develop joint projects and school-wide events.Ensure the safety, wellbeing and holistic development of students in all learning environments.Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions and internal trainings organized by Red House.Manage classroom materials, art supplies and equipment, promoting responsibility and care among students.Experience and Desired ProfileMinimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Elementary or Middle Years, preferably in bilingual or international settings.Practical background in Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Music, Dance, Design, Maker Education or Digital Media.Proven ability to integrate artistic and technological approaches in creative, student-centered projects.Strong digital literacy and familiarity with creative tools, media platforms and educational technologies.Experience with IB methodologies or inquiry-based curricula is a plus.Creative, collaborative and empathetic professional, aligned with the Red House values of international-mindedness and ethical education.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEducationDegree in Art Education or Bachelor of Arts in any of the following fields: Visual Arts, Plastic Arts, Design, Music, Theatre, Performing Arts, or Dance.Postgraduate studies in Design, Maker Education, or Media Arts are desirable.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Elementary or Middle Years, preferably in bilingual or international schools.Proven classroom management and lesson planning skills.Experience integrating art, design, and technology in creative projects is an asset.LanguagesProficiency in English (C1 or above) — bilingual communication required.Specific Technical KnowledgeBilingualism and ability to teach in English.Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency.Familiarity with digital creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, iMovie, GarageBand, or similar).Desirable KnowledgeIB Methodology (PYP or MYP) and inquiry-based learning.Knowledge of Maker Education, Media Arts, or STEAM integration.Soft Skills and ValuesDigital ThinkingCaring and Empathetic ProfileStrong Interpersonal RelationshipsConflict Management and Emotional IntelligenceCreativity and InnovationCollaboration and TeamworkAutonomy and AccountabilityProactivity and Growth MindsetInformações adicionaisCampus: TatuapéWorking Hours: part-time to full-time
