Mash Networks, a DTC commerce platform for craft distillers, is implementing Intercom to power support workflows and in-portal guidance for our distiller partners. We’re seeking an experienced Intercom consultant to first design and implement effective workflows (intake, triage, assignment, escalation) within a two-week scope, followed by performance support enhancements. Much of our knowledge content is already in Intercom; we need help refining it for clarity, accuracy, and knowing when and how to surface it in the distiller partner portal (e.g., tooltips, contextual prompts, help center links, Fin-powered answers). We also need support creating a robust onboarding process for new distiller partners and managing outbound communications to portal users based on segments.
