- We invite a proactive and motivated Community Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll support Dev.Pro in engaging top IT/developer talent in Latin America by running targeted campaigns, participating in online and offline tech communities, and growing an active talent pool. You'll collaborate with recruiters and marketing teams to strengthen our talent acquisition efforts and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

- ✅ Is that you?
- 2-3+ years working with IT/developer communities through marketing, SMM, recruitment, events, or talent engagement initiatives
- Active participation in Latin America tech communities and understanding of local tech engagement patterns
- Experience at in-person tech events, meetups, or conferences
- Hands-on experience using Mailchimp for email campaigns, audience segmentation, and nurture workflows
- Understanding of email performance metrics
- Ability to run campaigns independently, from planning to execution
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Desirable
- Experience using LinkedIn or other professional talent channels
- Experience with multi-channel nurture campaigns or community playbooks
- Experience planning and tracking activity budgets
- 🧩What will your role look like?
- In this role, you’ll support tech talent engagement across Latin America, assist with targeted campaigns, and help activate regional communities to strengthen Dev.Pro’s talent acquisition efforts.
- Plan, segment, and run nurture campaigns for warm/cold tech talent in Latin America
- Reactivate dormant candidates and optimize engagement to drive conversion into pipelines
- Monitor, join, and engage in technology communities across Latin America
- Build micro-partnerships with small developer groups and local tech hubs
- Collect feedback from communities to provide actionable insights for hiring
- Collaborate with recruiters, RecOps, and marketing teams on regional talent acquisition initiatives
- Contribute ideas to multi-channel nurture strategies, community playbooks, and candidate conversion funnels
