- At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, Syngenta’s Compliance & Risk Management Team is seeking an Internal Investigation and Compliance Specialist in São Paulo/SP. This role will conduct internal investigations, develop and execute the Compliance Program (policies, training, communication), structure data indicators and analytics and promote ethical culture through campaigns.
Accountabilities
- Conduct internal investigations, ensuring evidence collection, root cause analysis, and preparation of high-quality conclusive reports
- Partner with Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Legal in risk mitigation initiatives and control strengthening
- Support the development and execution of the Compliance Program, including policies, training, communication, and risk monitoring
- Structure and analyze compliance indicators using Power BI, Excel, or other data analytics tools, identifying patterns and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to engagement and communication actions for promoting ethical culture, including the development of materials and campaigns using Canva or similar tools
- Support due diligence reviews, third-party assessment, and continuous monitoring
- Participate in innovation projects and use of AI tools applied to compliance
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or related fields;
- Fluent English (reading, writing, and conversation);
- Proven experience in compliance and conducting internal investigations, preparing executive reports;
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Data Analytics tools;
- Ethical, communicative, collaborative, and results-oriented profile
Desired
- Certifications and extension courses in Compliance, Corporate Ethics, or Anti-corruption are relevant differentials;
- Proficiency with Canva, AI tools, and corporate visual communication.
