- We’re looking for an Internal Technical Recruiter who can own sourcing, screening, and identifying top engineering talent across a wide range of technical roles. This position is ideal for someone who understands how to evaluate developers, product roles, and technical candidates with accuracy and speed while maintaining a high-quality recruiting process.
- You’ll handle a mix of technical sourcing, resume evaluation, candidate screening, and pipeline management, ensuring that only the strongest candidates move forward to client-facing steps.

- What You’ll Work On
- Technical Sourcing and Talent Identification
- Source candidates across engineering, DevOps, data, AI, product, and other technical roles
- Evaluate resumes, profiles, and portfolios with strong technical judgment
- Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for multiple concurrent searches
- Create concise candidate summaries with clear reasoning for pass-through decisions
- Screening and Candidate Evaluation
- Conduct structured screening calls to validate experience, skills, and role fit
- Assess technical competencies using predefined scorecards and frameworks
- Calibrate regularly with internal leads to refine requirements and improve accuracy
- Pipeline and System Management
- Maintain clean, organized candidate pipelines inside our ATS
- Track candidate progress, status updates, and communication logs
- Improve recruiting workflows with documentation, templates, and repeatable systems
- Collaboration and Role Calibration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Adjust sourcing strategies based on feedback, market signals, or performance trends
- Support prioritization across open roles to ensure smooth recruiting operations
- What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of technical recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of engineering roles, tech stacks, and technical fundamentals
- Ability to evaluate resumes, GitHub profiles, and technical experience accurately
- Excellent written communication for candidate summaries and internal updates
- Organized, consistent, and able to manage multiple open searches at once
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Nice to Have
- Experience with startup or early-stage recruiting environments
- Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools or automation-driven workflows
- Background supporting hiring for AI, machine learning, or data engineering roles
