• About the Role
• We are looking for a senior professional to join our Fixed Income Operations team. This is a strategic position, essential to ensure that investment operations are conducted with fluidity, efficiency, and security, in strict compliance with the best market practices. This professional will act as a link between the business, product, and engineering areas, ensuring the alignment and integration of deliverables with a very innovative vision, we want to do things differently. Their performance will be crucial to maintain high standards of governance, mitigate operational risks, and sustain excellence in all routines. We are looking for someone who is committed to quality and is eager for innovation, contributing to the exponential and sustainable growth of the investment area and to the mission of offering high-quality products and services to our clients.

You will be responsible for

• Supervising operational routines to ensure efficiency and security, and guaranteeing regulatory compliance.
• Developing and implementing efficient operational processes and controls in collaboration with the Engineering team.
• Actively participating in defining the area's roadmap and in operational risk management and mitigation.
• Conducting settlement, custody, and financial events processing activities for Fixed Income assets, with an emphasis on Private Credit.
• Managing the area's systems and supporting the implementation of new financial products.
• Leading the resolution of operational problems and incidents, including support for audits.

What we are looking for

• Senior professional with proven experience in Operations and Fixed Income products.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Fixed Income assets (including Private Credit: CRA, CRI, Debêntures, etc.) and custody/settlement processes.
• Robust experience in system implementation and validation, and familiarity with INOA System modules (OBR, FI, IM, BB) and platforms like CETIP, SELIC.
• Technological acumen to drive discussions with Product and Engineering teams.
• Analytical, proactive profile focused on governance, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Required Certifications: PQO Backoffice or ANBIMA Qualified Services Modules 1 and 2.
• Plus: Programming experience (VBA, Python, SQL) and English speaking.

• Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of ​​expertise. For every eight or two weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
