Highlights of this position Location: Indaiatuba/SP – Remote work model Language requirement: English fluency (B2/C1 mandatory) Open for two levels of experience — Junior and Mid-Level - both focusing on LAN/WAN/WLAN networks, Cisco environments, and ITIL process adherence. SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES: The IT Infrastructure Network Engineer will be responsible for planning, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the corporate network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, performance, and security across environments. This role will play a key part in supporting and continuously improving the network (LAN/WAN/WLAN), working with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and automation — within a global scope and in collaboration with international teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure, monitor, and maintain local and remote networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN); Perform troubleshooting and resolve connectivity and performance incidents; Participate in network upgrade, expansion, or automation projects; Work within ITIL processes (change, incident, and problem management); Develop and maintain technical documentation; Ensure compliance with security and governance policies; Junior Support research and implementation activities under supervision; Perform configurations and maintenance of limited complexity; Gradually develop technical knowledge and autonomy. Mid Design and implement high-availability corporate networks; Work independently on medium-scale projects; Configure network protocols and architectures (VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP); Drive continuous improvement and contribute to automation practices (e.g., Ansible). REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Fluent English (spoken and written) required. Experience and Technical Knowledge – Junior Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP; Experience with Cisco switches/routers, firewalls, and related device support; Experience in technical documentation for effective planning and execution; High level of proficiency with MS Office, Visio, and project management tools. Knowledge of laboratory operations and processes is a plus; Experience with system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies is desirable. Experience and Technical Knowledge – Mid Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. Experience maintaining technical documentation to ensure effective planning and execution. High level of proficiency with PC-based software, including the MS Office suite, Visio, and project management tools. Solid experience with Cisco switches/routers, firewalls, and related device support. Experience in planning and implementing local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN). Professional experience in planning and implementing Layer 2 network design and protocols (STP, VLAN). Hands-on experience in planning and implementing corporate networks with dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP). Experience applying System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Previous experience in a reference laboratory or a similar regulated/controlled environment. Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible. Knowledge of reference laboratory operations and processes is a plus. Knowledge and management of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies are an advantage.
