We are CMM Level 5 company.Responsabilidades y atribucionesWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Information Technology (IT) Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute technology projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multidisciplinary teams, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and supervise IT projects from conception to completion.Define project objectives, schedules, resources, and budgets.Lead work teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Communicate project progress to stakeholders.Manage relationships with internal and external clients.Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables according to technical requirements.Requisitos y calificacionesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.Advanced English Skills (Mandatory).5-8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.Proven knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification (desirable).Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced management of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).Informaciones adicionalesWe Offer:Competitive salary.Benefits above the law.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Innovative and collaborative work environment.
