O que você irá fazer? Coordenar as atividades de suporte, realizar a gestão dos colaboradores e processos da área; Acompanhar regularmente a qualidade dos chamados, avaliando apontamentos e auditando as ações executadas pela equipe; Avaliar produtividade da equipe e tickets em aberto, com encaminhamento adequado das pendências; Monitorar os indicadores de desempenho da equipe e satisfação dos clientes internos; Apoiar a gerência na identificação e implantação de melhorias no processo do Service Desk. O que precisamos? Graduação completa na área de tecnologia da informação; Solida experiência em suporte técnico em TI, em ambiente Windows (Workstation), Office/Microsoft 365 e IOS/MacOS (Mobile e MacBook) e gestão de equipes de TI. Indispensável Inglês Avançado e espanhol Intermediário; Importante possuir as seguintes certificações: -ITIL V4 Foundation; -Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102); -Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900); -Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900). Ter conhecimento em: COBIT MS OFFICE 365 – Ambiente Administrativo Active Directory (AD) e Azure (ID-ENTRA) MacOS operating systems Windows Server 2019 ou Superior MS Power Plataform (low-code) Desejável: Experiência em gestão de equipes 24x7 Espanhol Avançado. Certificado COBIT Conhecer ferramentas: Cryptografia, antivirus, formatação de computadores (MDT e WDS) Domínio de Scripts em PowerShell MS Intune Tanium como ferramenta de Deploy e Patching Country Brazil Why join Kantar Media?
