Job Title: IT Systems Automation Engineer for Managed Service Provider (MSP Buildout + Ongoing Support) Location: Remote (Must work USA Central Time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST) Engagement: Full-time contract (initial 1–2 month setup, then ongoing full-time work) About Us We’re building a next-generation Managed Service Provider (MSP) designed to deliver a seamless, AI-enhanced support experience for clients. Our mission is to create an automated, integrated, and intelligent technology ecosystem that eliminates friction for both end users and technicians. We’re looking for an experienced IT Systems Automation Engineer to architect, implement, and optimize our full technology stack — integrating GoHighLevel, Hudu, Halo PSA, Ninja RMM, Rewst, n8n, and ElevenLabs — into a unified, automated workflow. Project Overview This role begins with a 1–2 month setup and integration phase to fully automate systems across the MSP stack. Once complete, you’ll transition into a full-time operational and optimization role, maintaining and evolving these automations as the business scales. Key Responsibilities 1. Systems Integration & Automation Configure, connect, and automate GoHighLevel, Hudu, Halo PSA, Ninja RMM, Rewst, and n8n. Build efficient, AI-driven workflows for ticketing, device management, onboarding, and communication. Integrate ElevenLabs voice AI and other automation tools to enhance client support experience. 2. Customer Experience Engineering Design systems that make it effortless for end users to get IT help — including chatbots, self-service portals, and automated ticket routing. Build automation that ensures prompt, clear, and personalized communication with every client. 3. Workflow & Process Design Develop email templates, notifications, and automated workflows for: New customer onboarding Technology Business Reviews (TBRs) Sales and fulfillment of hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, etc.) Standardize processes to ensure consistency, speed, and scalability. 4. AI & Continuous Improvement Implement AI-powered automations that reduce technician workload and improve responsiveness. Continuously optimize existing automations for efficiency and reliability. Document all systems, integrations, and workflows in Hudu for easy team access. 5. Team Expansion & Knowledge Transfer Assist in hiring and onboarding additional automation or support engineers as the operation grows. Create clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal use. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with MSP systems: Halo PSA, Ninja RMM, GoHighLevel, Hudu, Rewst, n8n, ChatGPT, Gemini, Co-Pilot Proven ability to design and deploy cross-platform automations (API integrations, webhook workflows, etc.) Understanding of managed IT workflows: ticketing, onboarding, asset management, and client lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal English — must be able to craft client-facing messages and documentation. Available to work 8 AM – 5 PM Central Time (USA). Preferred: Experience with AI/LLM integrations, voice automation (ElevenLabs), and chatbots. Background in MSP automation projects or similar SaaS environments.
