- Job Description
- We are looking for a freelance IT Talent Attraction & Recruiter to support our team in Spain & Poland
- As an experienced IT recruiter you will support our future growth by identifying high potential IT profile.
- You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.
- How would be your day to day?
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms
- Sourcing candidates through direct and passive sourcing techniques
- Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements
- Craft job descriptions and interview question kits
- Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages (from the moment they apply until they are on board or turned down)
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Building a talent pool for frequently resourced roles, speaking with potential candidates and creating ongoing relationships
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Follow the on boarding process with HR in Spain & Poland
- Qualifications
Experience required
- Must have IT & technical recruitment experience
- Good stakeholder management
- Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments etc)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with full stack ; developer, architect, DevOps, Agile, cloud and data's profiles.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Spanish and English fluent speaker. Spanish is a plus
