Position Overview

• As a Junior QA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will collaborate with development teams to define and implement testing standards and processes, contributing to a seamless user experience. Your work will help maintain the high standards of CI&T, aligning with our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for various applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements and technical solutions.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Conduct regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure product reliability.
• Assist in the development and implementation of testing automation processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and testing results.
• Maintain documentation related to testing processes and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills

• High-intermediate English proficiency.
• Solid understanding of QA best practices

Nice-to-have Skills

• Drupal experience is a great plus.
