• As a Mid-level QA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You will be involved in both manual and automated testing processes, focusing on delivering reliable and high-performing applications for our clients. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards in software quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing for content management systems (CMS) to ensure functionality and performance.
• Implement automated testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to enhance testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to define project requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Identify, document, and track defects, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to support various testing scenarios.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of quality and learning within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and testing methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills

• Manual testing experience for CMS
• Automation skills with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with Salesforce (preferably on Core/Commerce Cloud) or Drupal CMS projects.
