Position Overview

• As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and development of software solutions, collaborating with teams across the USA, Canada, Colombia, and Brazil. This role is essential in assessing the client’s global architecture and providing expert guidance across core technology pillars—Banner, Salesforce, Google Cloud—and other technologies to drive business value in the education industry. You will act as a bridge between the client’s leadership and principal architects, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and design software solutions, enabling the development team to build, enhance, and maintain applications.
• Evaluate various solution options and articulate the rationale for architectural decisions.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, ensuring adherence to security and performance best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation as required by clients.
• Communicate effectively with customer team members to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Understand requirements thoroughly and propose viable technical solutions using appropriate frameworks.
• Work on diverse projects across different subject matter domains, fostering innovation and creativity.

Must-have Skills

• Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud and Salesforce.
• Strong experience with software architecture and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Familiarity with Banner and its integration capabilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
