About the Role
- We're looking for a hands-on Junior AI engineer to help us expand the internal use of existing AI tools and guide decisions on future adoption. In this role, you’ll explore how current AI features can improve daily work across teams, support internal education and onboarding, and surface opportunities for additional tools that align with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and promote practical use cases for existing AI tools (e.g., writing assistants, analytics features, productivity enhancements).
- Support teams in integrating these tools into their workflows through hands-on help, documentation, and informal training.
- Gather feedback from users and share insights on usage, limitations, and potential improvements.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools for possible adoption, working with key stakeholders to assess fit and value.
- Stay current on AI trends and communicate relevant updates or risks to internal audiences.
- Build out identified use cases using the AI tools that are certified by Talkdesk.

- Hands on use of AI technologies

- Experience with tools like NotebookLM, Gemini, Rovo, ChatGPT, or similar
- Exposure to prompt writing, automation, or data analysis
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
